Each Saturday at 10:00 AM from May 6, 2017 to November 4, 2017, Bancroft Street Market leads the Bancroft to Bayliss Bicycle ride. This group ride tours historic South 10th Street in Omaha, as well as the Old Market, the Bob Kerry Pedestrian Bridge, the Missouri River and Bayliss fountain in historic Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Riders meet in the parking lot at Bancroft Street Market. The gate opens at 9:30 AM on days of the ride.
The group ride is 17 miles and lasts about 2 hours. Some of the route is on city streets. Other segments are on concrete bicycle trails.
Riders are required to bring their own bikes and to wear a helmet.
