Bancroft To Bayliss Loop Bicycle Ride

The BBL Bancroft to Bayliss Loop Bicycle Ride is a weekly group bicycle ride that starts and ends at Bancroft Street Market in Omaha Nebraska.  The midpoint of the ride is Bayliss Park in Council Bluffs, Iowa.  The route is urban and takes riders through Omaha’s historic Old Market district,  across the Bob Kerry Pedestrian Bridge and along the Missouri River pedestrian trail.   The ride is guided and stops frequently to view public art works.  The distance is 17 miles and the duration is 2 and 1/2 hours.  Riders bring their own bicycles and must wear helmets.  The group stops for lunch in the Old Market.  Participation is free.  The 2016 ride will begin on Saturday, May 6th 2017 at 10:00 AM
